NgRx SignalStore: In-Depth Look at Signal-Based State Management in Angular
Marko Stanimirović

NgRx SignalStore offers a pragmatic approach to state management in Angular applications. With its native support for Signals, you can define stores in a clear and declarative manner. The simplicity and flexibility of SignalStore, coupled with its opinionated and modular design, make it a versatile choice for Angular developers.

Join me in this talk to learn more about the journey of developing the NgRx SignalStore, from the initial idea to the first official release. We'll explore its core features and discuss the challenges, design considerations, and key decisions that shaped this state management solution.

Angular Best Practices
Sam Vloeberghs

Angular has come a long way since its inception and the release of v2 a little over 7 years ago, in 2016! Best practices were part of the framework's core from the start and have evolved over time.

Let's explore the best practices that are promoted from inside the framework today. Let's learn how they can ease the work for developers in creating and maintaining secure, accessible, and performant applications.

The state of change detection in v17
Matthieu Riegler

Change detection is one of the core features of every framework. This feature is responsible for updating the DOM when the state of the app changes.

Most of the time, change detection is a performance-sensitive matter, and knowing in detail how it works will help you get the best out of it. With the rise of Signals and recent work toward the official support of Zone-less apps, let's have a look at the current state of Change Detection in Angular and how the road is paved toward Zone-less apps!

Internal Magic of Signals,
Michael Egger-Zikes

Angular's new reactive primitive changes the popular frontend framework in many areas.

This talk will explain the internal magic and clarify, why the update behavior including the view works automatically and therefore much easier compared to RxJS. You will learn about different kinds of Reactive Nodes, the Reactive Context, Producers, (Non-)Live-Consumers, the Version-Tracking and much more.
