About our Speakers

Matthieu Riegler

Matthieu is a software engineer from France. Member of the Angular team, he’s specialised in frontend technologies and collaborates actively in OpenSource. Occasional speaker at meetups and conferences, he loves to spread knowledge and technical insights.

Rainer Hahnekamp

Rainer Hahnekamp is a Google Developer Expert (GDE) and a trusted collaborator on the NgRx team. He is a trainer and consultant in the Angular Architects expert network and runs ng-news, a weekly Angular newsletter.

Sam Vloeberghs

Sam is a freelance software engineer(ing) manager, currently focusing on frontend technologies and frameworks like Angular while keeping a sharp eye on the basics and advanced aspects of HTML5. While he is not working he likes to spend time with his family, gardening and working out in his home gym or training for his next triathlon.

Martina Kraus

Martina Kraus has been active in the world of web development since her early years and has gradually become an expert in the field of web security. As an Application Security Engineer, she focuses on integrating security best practices into all phases of software development. In her role as a Google Developer Expert (GDE), she also loves sharing knowledge about web security at national and international conferences, regularly organizes ngGirls events (free Angular workshops for women), and the German Angular conference NG-DE.

Christian Liebel

Christian Liebel is a cross-platform developer thrilled by the opportunities offered by modern web technologies: Christian helps enterprises and independent software vendors to develop modern, cross-platform business applications based on Angular. Being a Microsoft MVP, Google GDE and member of the W3C WebApps working group, he speaks about Web AI and Progressive Web Apps at user groups and conferences, both national and international. Maria Korneeva

Dr. Maria Korneeva is a Frontend Technology Lead and a Google Developer Expert with a focus on Angular and accessibility. With a solid background in linguistics and business informatics, she works as a freelancer developing frontend applications. She also enjoys speaking at tech events, and conducting workshops for web developers. In her book “Accessible Web Development: From Fundamentals and Legal Considerations to Practical Application”, Maria gives her knowledge back to the developer community she deeply admires.

Daniel Sogl

Daniel Sogl is a software architect at Thinktecture AG, specializing in modern web development with Angular. He discovered his passion for AI-assisted coding early on and has since combined technical expertise with innovative development approaches. After working in consulting for the automotive and pharmaceutical industries and serving as the lead developer of a mobile brokerage app, he now helps companies implement scalable and sustainable solutions. As a trainer and consultant, he supports developers in leveraging the full potential of the latest Angular features and AI-powered tools. Sharing knowledge is his true passion.

Philippe De Ryck

Philippe De Ryck specializes in making web security accessible to developers and architects, leveraging his Ph.D. from KU Leuven to inform his comprehensive understanding of security challenges. As the founder of Pragmatic Web Security, he provides practical security training and consulting services to organizations worldwide. His online course platform offers a self-paced approach to learning about security. Philippe also actively helps shape OAuth 2.0 best practices as the co-author of the best practices for browser-based apps specification. Philippe is recognized as a Google Developer Expert, acknowledging his contributions to web application and API security. He also organizes SecAppDev, an annual week-long application security course in Belgium.
