Łukasz Jancewicz - Angular v18: A Deep Dive into New Features and Enhancements
In this talk, we'll delve into some of the notable advancements that Angular v18 brings to the framework. Forms have been enhanced with unified control state change events, error handling has been improved in the router, and there are flexible resolver return types. We can now use fallback content in ng-content, and applications can experimentally switch to zoneless change detection. We'll cover these items in detail, exploring how they can help us write better Angular code.

Łukasz Jancewicz - Staff Software Engineer at Google, based in Warsaw, Poland. For 7 years, he has been developing Google Cloud Console, probably the largest Angular application in the world. Angular enthusiast. Evangelist of standardization, code health, and testing.

Tomasz Flis - The Forgotten Gem - Angular CDK three time-saver examples
Angular CDK, which stands for Component Dev Kit, is a library offered by Angular Material. It provides a collection of reusable building blocks for creating web UI components. This talk is about three examples of how to save time while developing features

  1. Attendance list by the Collection
  2. Sort favorite games by a drag and drop
  3. Overlay - a way to display a menu.

Tomasz Flis - Angular passionate, in love with clean code, perfect design, and simple approach, part of GDG Warsaw, a public speaking enthusiast from Poland, a Star Wars fan, father of two, husband of one

Manfred Steyer - Effective Rules for Successfully Using Signals in Angular
It is undisputed that Signals will shape the future of Angular. At first glance, Signals may seem very easy to use — like variables with getters and setters. However, if you begin using them this way, you will encounter several pitfalls. To avoid such situations, we discuss 3 effective rules of thumb that help you leverage the benefits of Signals and reactive systems in general, making your source code more maintainable. You will be surprised by the difference these three rules can make!
