In this session, you’ll hear from Rangle.io CEO Nick Van Weerdenburg, reflecting on eight years of Angular, and how the concerns and problems the framework is being called to solve have shifted from simply building amazing applications to making development work at scale in large organizations.

Our special guest from Nrwl, Jason Jean, will be talking about scaling development across multiple teams can be an incredibly difficult task. Teams need to share core functionality, UI, and best practices while also being autonomous. Solution Architect Sumit Arora from Rangle will introduce the component store for Angular, and why you should consider using it within your application, with his talk Efficient State Management for Components.

Meet our speakers:

Nick Van Weerdenburg is the founder and CEO of Rangle, a digital consultancy based in Toronto. Nick has evolved Rangle from a startup providing modern JavaScript solutions to a company that helps the Fortune 500 solve their most complex digital challenges. Prior to founding Rangle, he worked in consulting, architecting and delivering global product development and supply chain solutions, as well as optimizing their multi-channel global marketing operations.

Jason Jean is an architect at Nrwl. He is a part of the Nx Core Team as well as the Angular Universal Team. He works with Fortune 500 companies across different industries to enable them to develop like Google, Microsoft, and Facebook. Along with development, Jason is also an enthusiast of board games and mechanical keyboards.

Sumit Arora is a Solution Architect and full-stack web developer with extensive experience in building complex and scalable applications. He leads Rangle’s partnership with Google, and has expertise in process engineering and improvement, information architecture, software development best practices and analysis.
