To be announced. I don't know what dishes will be available, but if it will be like last year's, almost everything will be vegan. There will be plant-based "menus" by local chefs. (It's an all-you-can-eat buffet, so I'm not sure why they're calling it a menu). The organization Embark Sustainability will be involved. There will be a sustainability info booth. More info to come. Take a look at the photos of last year's Earth Day event in the SFU Dining Commons in the past event named "**RESOLVED**..." on the Vancouver Animal Advocacy Meetup group where the main photo for that event is a tropical bird sitting on somebody's head.

UPDATE: https://www.sfu.ca/food/dining-commons/rates.html ($23.49 before taxes. SFU students are eligible for $5 off).
