Join local activists and PETA supporters for a vital protest on Boycott SeaWorld Day to demand an end to SeaWorld's degrading treatment of animals. Appalling abuse forms the foundation of SeaWorld’s breeding program. At SeaWorld, dolphins and whales, are confined for life, sometimes drugged, forcibly impregnated, crowded into small tanks, and forced to perform. SeaWorld must start relocating these animals to seaside sanctuaries, where they can live in expansive ocean areas with human care as needed.
In March 2016, SeaWorld announced it would end its orca breeding program but that does nothing for other animals like beluga whales and other dolphins. We need to continue putting pressure on SeaWorld to stop using animals for entertainment.

Join the Animal Rights Foundation of Florida and Bear Defenders in Orlando to participate in the statewide protests to raise awareness about the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission's (FWC) proposed black bear trophy hunt. We're once again holding statewide protests against the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission's (FWC) proposed black bear trophy hunt. Protests are scheduled for the weekend before the FWC Commission Meeting, taking place in Havana, Florida, on August 13th and 14th.
When: August 9, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Where: Lake Eola Park, downtown Orlando. Activists will gather on the Roasalind Street side near the theater.A final vote on the bear hunt will be taken at the meeting. It will be held to decide whether to have a bear hunt.
