There is something primal about the simplicity of beating a drum. Like the heartbeat of the Earth, the drum is the space holder for all shamanic journeys. Whether you've been trained in journeying or not, this Drumming Circle will hold a healing intention for every meeting. You can choose your own intention, or use the one Ash has chosen for the week. It is vital to not do any work, no matter how well-meaning, for those who have not asked. The intention will be for your own needs, unless you have been given permission by someone to drum on their behalf.

We will spend about 15-20 minutes drumming, and then have time for sharing what came up during the ceremony.

Please bring:

1. Your own drum & beater (I recommend Remo buffalo drums)
2. Notebook & pen/pencil
3. Folding stool or chair
4. Water bottle

If you don't have a drum yet, I have 4 drums people can borrow for the meeting. Just let me know in advance by commenting below and I'm happy to bring one for you.

Optional recommended $10 donation. It costs $25/hr to rent the space.
