MEDICINE WALK IN NATURE
"Shamanism is your relationship with the Land." -Sandra Ingerman
Medicine Walks are an ancient practice used by peoples all over the world to maintain soulfully connected lives with the places they lived. If you struggle with day-to-day events, feel run down, lost, lack clarity or perspective, feel you are in need of some time in nature, or are in need of help with a personal issue, this may be just the thing. Going on a Nature Walk is always good, but Medicine Walks add in a layer to bring your life richness and your relationship to the land deeper.
Each week, I will choose an intention related to reclaiming personal power. That intention becomes the filter through which all your events on the walk can be interpreted. When we ask Nature for answers and know how to listen with more than just our physical ears, Nature brings the best medicine beyond our imagining. If 10 people are on this walk, there will be 10 different, very powerful experiences, even if the events are subtle. I will teach you, regardless of prior experience level, how to have this kind of relationship to the Land that is every human's birthright by being children of the Earth.
Please bring:
- Notebook & pen/pencil to take notes
- Pack with water
- Wear good hiking shoes
- Dress in layers just in case
- Optional: shamanic rattle
We will walk for about 30-45 minutes on a fairly flat trail, and then there will be time for individual note-taking before discussion and Q&A. Afterwards, we may all go out for coffee or dinner.

Every week on Saturday until December 27, 2025
