This weekly session offers a calm and supportive space to practise meditation regularly and develop a steady practice.
The sessions are based on a technique known as Centering, inspired by ancient Vedic wisdom that uses the natural elements of speech, sound, breath and awareness to help settle mental activity and bring greater clarity and balance to daily life.
Regular repetition is an important part of meditation practice, and these sessions are designed to help participants gradually build consistency and discipline in a simple and accessible way.
Each session includes a guided meditation practice and gentle guidance to support a calmer and more focused mind.
Suitable for both beginners and those who have attended the introductory session.

• Contribution: $10 per session
