This introductory online session offers a simple and practical way to begin calming the mind through meditation.
In this session, you will be introduced to a technique known as Centering, inspired by ancient Vedic wisdom that has been passed down for thousands of years. The method uses the natural elements of speech, sound, breath, and awareness to help settle mental activity and bring greater clarity and balance to daily life.
The session is gentle, guided, and suitable for complete beginners as well as those curious to explore meditation more deeply.

• experience a short guided practice
• understand how regular practice can help calm the mind and improve clarity
No prior experience with meditation is required.
