This is a relaxed, safe and respectful space to pause, connect, and spend a few moments in calm awareness together. There is no pressure, no performance—just a gentle opportunity to meet & greet like-minded individuals and settle into stillness.

We’ll begin with a brief introduction, followed by a short centring practice, and leave space for open, natural conversation.
