Happy Snail at Pacific Rim

Come join Happy Snail for Dinner at Pacific Rim!
Pacific Rim has long been one of Ann Arbor’s standout restaurants, known for elegant Asian-fusion cuisine in a calm, cozy atmosphere. It began as a small Korean restaurant back in 1982 and has grown into a true local staple. Bonus for anyone with dietary needs: they use a gluten-free soy sauce, and they’re able to accommodate vegetarian options as well.
Because our group can get pretty big, an accurate RSVP really matters. Life happens, people cancel, and sometimes someone brings a friend last minute, and that’s totally okay. The key is that the restaurant still needs a reliable headcount so they can plan seating, and I need that number to communicate with them.
One more logistics note: most places don’t split checks for large parties, so this dinner will likely be billed to me. I’m happy to organize it and pay up front, but prompt reimbursement is what makes it possible to keep doing these events. A good rule of thumb is your meal total + 30% (roughly 20% gratuity, 6% tax, and a 3% card fee). The goal is to keep things smooth and avoid the awkward “chasing people down” part afterward.
Thanks for helping make these dinners sustainable. I’m excited to share a great meal and a relaxed night of connection with you all.
