After One More Cup of Summer, we’re keeping the evening going with dinner at Miss Kim!

For this one, Miss Kim is putting together a family-style shared Korean dinner specifically for our group. Rather than everyone disappearing into a menu, we’ll have several courses coming to the tables to share—which feels particularly appropriate for Happy Snail. Good food, lots of little plates, and a table full of people getting to know each other. ❤️

### 🍽️ Our Planned Menu

First Course

• Smashed potatoes
• Seasonal salad
• Crisp broccolini with fish caramel
• Chili crisp green beans

Second Course

• Royale-style tteokbokki
• Street-style tteokbokki

Third Course

• Korean fried chicken with chili glaze and soy butter rice
• Korean fried tofu with soy glaze and sesame rice

Yes, we get both kinds of tteokbokki. This was apparently important. 😄

### 💰 Price

The shared dinner is $50 per person, before 6% tax and a 20% automatic gratuity.

That works out to approximately $63–64 per person total, before any drinks.

Everyone can pay separately, so you do not need to Venmo the organizer or figure out how to divide a giant 20-person restaurant bill. Drinks can be ordered individually and added to your own check.

### 🌱 Dietary Needs

Miss Kim has told us that gluten-free accommodations are relatively easy for them, and they are also working with us on a more limited accommodation for a serious soy sensitivity. If you have an allergy or significant dietary restriction, please tell me ahead of time so I can communicate it to the restaurant rather than surprising the kitchen when we arrive.

You absolutely do not need to attend the tea event to come to dinner.
Happy Snail is about creating the kind of social space where people can actually meet one another—not a room full of established cliques where newcomers are left wondering where to sit.

Come alone. Come with someone you met at tea. Come hungry. We’ll figure out the tables from there.

We expect somewhere around 20 people, and Miss Kim is setting us up between their community table and the adjacent tables so we can still feel like one group.

Because the restaurant is preparing a shared menu for us, please keep your RSVP current. If your plans change, just update it so we can give Miss Kim an accurate count.

One more evening of summer, a ridiculous amount of Korean food, and a table full of Happy Snails.
