In this session David Kamara will discuss the model for multifamily (apartment) real estate investing that he has used to dramatically increase his personal net worth which enabled him to stop working a W2 job.

About David Kamara
David Kamara is a full-time real estate investor and syndicator. He stumbled into the apartment investment space when he grew frustrated with the extensive travel and hours that he was working at his management consulting job. About two years ago he wrote an article titled “Multifamily Real Estate vs Cryptocurrency—where should you invest your money in 2021?” https://capesierracapital.com/multifamily-real-estate-vs-crypto-currency. He is open to cryptocurrency investing but has not yet purchased any to date. David received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He holds a Master of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He lives in Ann Arbor with his wife and four daughters.
