Matt's Bio
Matt is a fractional CFO and strategic financial advisor based in Ann Arbor who founded Provafi after seeing firsthand the inefficiencies in financial diligence and reporting. Previously, Matt served as a consultant at Kroll specializing in business valuation, and held financial leadership roles at Magnetar Capital and a Chicago-based software startup. He holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
