Photograph Live Bands and patrons in a club setting

Zal Gaz Grotto is the new alternative club in Ann Arbor. On Saturday, April 5 there will be a Photographers Night. This is a great opportunity to experiment with shutter speed and other low light techniques. Three live bands will be performing, and all are happy to be photographed. The space is open enough to set up a tripod without a problem. There is a bar area next to the stage area, you can shoot there as well. You may want to ask a patron's permission before you photograph them in a portrait. Cover is $7.00 dollars. NO flash please.
