The administration of this group, formerly called the Ann Arbor Spiritual Meditation Meetup, has been taken over by the Enlightened Soul Center & Shop at 2711 Carpenter Road, Ann Arbor. This site features our uplifting array of metaphysical & spiritual events, classes, & workshops. The ESC is devoted to spreading the Light in S.E. Michigan and beyond, thru meditation, Reiki, and other holistic and intuitive arts. This group, originally started by Austin Szelkowski, was devoted to promote his spiritual meditation gatherings in Ann Arbor, MI. About the Drop-in Tarot Class:
Tarot Meditation and Mysticism explores the Tarot via the Socratic Method, meditation, and reading practice. Each session consists of 45 minutes of discussion/lecture, 20 minutes of meditation, and 20 minutes of reading practice.Each night focuses on a different topic, beginning with the Minor Arcana and eventually working through the entirety of the Minor cards, including the court cards. An exploration of the Major Arcana cards will follow in future weeks.
The class has a large emphasis on the mystical aspects of Tarot and meditation. The reading practice occurs at the end of the sessions to give the student information to work with during readings, rather than be completely dependent on intuition.

About Nicholas O'Donnell
Nick uses a unique set of skills melding mindfulness meditation, esoteric studies, and the intuitive arts into a comprehensive spiritual system that anyone can understand and learn. He believes that mindfulness meditation is foundational work for spiritual studies. Meet Martina Adams, a passionate advocate for pain and stress relief within the wellness and sound healing community. As the Co-Founder of More New Frnds, she has spearheaded The New Mobile Wellness Spa and the Wellness + Sound Massage Experience, bringing holistic wellness directly to those in need. Martina's journey to healing and empowerment is nothing short of inspiring.A long-time youth facilitator for Imagine Mentoring, Martina's professional background also includes her role as a Logistics Specialist. Her personal triumphs over domestic violence and sexual assault have fueled her passion for trauma processing, healing, and self-discovery. Martina is also a dedicated mother of three.
