In person support group (no cost) for anyone who has experienced betrayal trauma, whether in a relationship with your partner, a parent, sibling, work colleague, friend. Betrayal trauma can be isolating and this support group will provide a community of those who have experienced betrayal trauma.

Theme for in-person event on Thu April 30 is Accountability.

What if you never receive accountability? How can you move forward?

Coordinating this support group are two people who have connected via our betrayal trauma and find it therapeutic to use our experience to help others on their healing journey. We are not therapists or mental health experts; starting an in person group to connect and share our healing journeys.

Our inaugural support group in-person meeting was March 2026.

First meetings will include introductions, history, sharing.

Future includes retreats, workshops, self-care, outdoor activities (walks, hikes, biking) and other ideas generated by your suggestions.
