Why Couples Get Stuck: Understanding Attachment Patterns in Relationships

Angela will explore how attachment styles shape relationship dynamics and contribute to recurring patterns of disconnection and conflict.

We will also hear a short presentation from Giuseppe Del Giudice, who will discuss different types of questions therapists can use in clinical work and how thoughtful questioning can help deepen reflection and therapeutic conversations.

As always, Coffee & Connect is also an opportunity for therapists, prescribers, and other mental health professionals to meet, exchange ideas, and strengthen connections within our local mental health community.
