Meet-Up #4: Q&A with champion powerlifter/bodybuilder Matt "Kroc" Kroczaleski
Details
I'm really excited to announce this event.
The Ann Arbor Weight Trainers is having a meetup on Wednesday, January 29th at 8:00pm at the Colonial Lanes/Cubs A.C. (http://cubsac.com/) restaurant.
We will have a special guest at this meetup, professional powerlifter and bodybuilder Matt "Kroc" Kroczaleski. Matt is a record-holding powerlifter and national caliber bodybuilder. In 2009, he became the all-time world record holder in the 220lb. class posting a 2551 lb total via 1003 lb squat, 738 lb bench press and an 810 lb deadlift.
Matt will talk a bit about his career, and then we'll have an informal Q&A that can cover any topic you want to discuss (training, powerlifting, bodybuilding, nutrition, supplements, etc.)
When he's not training, Matt is a licensed pharmacist. He is sponsored by EliteFTS and MuscleTech. Matt is a prolific writer who has been published in magazines such as Men’s Fitness, Powerifting USA, MuscleMag and Muscle & Fitness. And he is a featured author for T-Nation (http://www.mattkroc.com/about-matt-kroc/). Matt lives here in Ann Arbor and is a father of three sons.
You can follow Matt on Twitter (https://twitter.com/mattkroc), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/matthew.kroczaleski), and on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/user/kroc001).

Cubs AC (http://www.cubsac.com) is a small restaurant located inside Colonial Lanes bowling alley (the door to the restaurant is on the left side as you approach the entrance). We will meet in the backroom located at the end of a short hallway that goes past the bar. A server will take drink and food orders.
There is no fee to attend this meet-up, but small donations to cover the guest speaker's meal and beverages would be appreciated (and he's currently in a bulking period ... so they'd be very appreciated, haha).
Edit (01/08): Our reservation will be from 7-10pm, in case anyone wants to arrive early and order food/drinks beforehand.
