Ann Arbor/Ypsi Acoustic Jam Circle

This is a small, audition-based group for acoustic musicians - guitar, voice, and other acoustic instruments welcome - who want to play together: trading songs, jamming, maybe collaborating on something new. Not an open mic. No audience. No pressure to have a set.

This format works best in a small room with a handful of people. So membership is by a short audition (video or audio recording - smartphone recording is fine - just enough for me to hear where you're at and what you play) and the group will stay intentionally small.

if you're not brought in, it isn't a verdict on your music - it just means fit and space are tight for a group this size.
