About us
This group is for people interested in exploring family and systemic constellations in a respectful and supportive environment. Constellation work helps reveal hidden dynamics within families, relationships, work, and life situations that may influence our decisions, emotions, and patterns.
During meetings, participants may bring personal topics such as relationship difficulties, recurring life patterns, family tensions, financial blocks, career questions, or important life choices. A few participants will work on their own constellation, while others take part as representatives, which often provides meaningful insights for everyone present.
No previous experience is required. The group is open to anyone curious about systemic work, personal development, and gaining a deeper understanding of the relational systems that shape our lives.
