We are back! After a (much needed) short summer break we now continue with working out during fall and winter season! I am really excited to see you guys again and also to see new faces!
For this week we will meet in the morning, train together, jump in the cold lake (optional!) and have a beautiful brunch together.
I booked us a table at Wildbowls Seefeld ( https://www.wild-bowls.com) which is my favorite favorite favorite brunch spot! They serve pancakes on saturdays but also tofu scramble, hot porridge or (as I find) the best acai bowls in town.

π« We train approximately 1 hour, the training is free of charge!
π«Our training is a functional outdoortraining, I focus on endurance, strength, coordination and lots of fun!β©π« Everyone can join, all levels are welcome!β©π« Don't be shy if you aren't that sporty, it really doesn't matter! On the other hand, join us when you are athletic, you won't miss out I promise ;) !β©π« Bring a drinking bottle and a dry t-shirt and jacket for afterwards. (Dont forget bikini/shorts and towel if you want to go for a quick lake dip)β©π« You pay for your own food and drinks!
