Unity Community Drum Circle

We're a community of drummers and rhythm-curious spiritual seekers who enjoy dropping into the groove and letting it take us to whatever state we co-create in the moment.

This is a minimally facilitated community drum circle with a healing, high-energy spiritual intention, whatever that means to you. If it means nothing, we'd still love to drum with you. You can just let go of your Monday.

If you don't have a drum with you, you're invited to share one of ours. We bring plenty, including shakers, claves, cowbells, shekere, and other small percussion suitable for dancing with.

Drum, dance, or just sit back, relax, and feel. This is a high-energy, low-demand, trauma-informed circle.

No experience necessary.
