Welcome to our very first meeting of Another Killer Read Book Club!
We’re kicking things off with Richard Osman’s The Thursday Murder Club, a cozy whodunnit featuring four retirement home residents who meet weekly to solve cold cases–until a real murder lands in their laps. It’s clever, charming, and surprisingly sharp.

For this meeting, we’ll be chatting about some topics like:

What makes this cozy mystery actually work

The blend of comedy, grief, and justice

And anything else this quirky little murder romp brings up!

Whether you’re reading along for the first time or revisiting it with fresh eyes, this is a casual, come-as-you-are discussion. You don’t need to have finished the book (though spoilers may come up), and there’s zero pressure.
