Execution Environments, from dev to prod

We will take a break for October due to Ansible Fest.

Next Meetup will be November 3rd. Michael will build off of last meetup's demo of AAP2 automation development components (Ansible Navigator and Builder) and demo developing a RHEL System Role EE and pushing it to a container registry (Private Automation Hub) so it can be used in production (Automation Controller).
