Online Interest Assessment/second meeting

Will be the second online meeting. There will be a short ice breaker/round of introductions at the beginning. After that there will be a topic for discussion, and then after that will be an open video call for whatever.

The first meeting included people outside of the Des Moines area which is perfectly ok. At the end of this meeting, I may ask the local people to stay on, and we can talk about local plans.
