Created by Yves Roy in Poligny after years alongside Valentin Morel, Domaine Nøvice farms 5 hectares of vines — Savagnin, Poulsard, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Trousseau — all grown naturally, fermented wild, bottled without filtration or additives.

This tasting is special: we’ll explore these cuvées together and share impressions — discovering how Jura tastes through Domaine Nøvice’s lens.
