Speaker bios:
Aik started LevelUp, his first company, in August 2015. As an engineer he likes to tweak things into pixel-perfect metrics that make sense (for him and most of times also the team). His experience in startups, as Venture Capitalist (Gimv) and COO at SEOshop (growing the team from 10 to 75 people, exit to Lightspeed POS) made him a strong believer of the startup & scale-up ecosystem. These are the places where you can find personal growth, innovation and fun. That is why he is not only a founder, but also an informal investor, e.g. in Recruitee and Camptoo.

Julien is responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of the start-up generator program. After starting his career in investment banking, Julien moved to Sub-Saharan Africa where he carried out impact investments. Julien went on to lead the growth of Enko Education, a pan-African start-up dedicated to providing affordable education, to its Series A funding round. Julien has lived in 9 countries across 4 continents, and has advised a number of early-stage startups on fundraising and growth strategy.

Saif is a leader with a track record in driving profitable business growth. With over 12 years of experience at blue chip companies and start-ups in the transportation and shipping industry; having worked in the UK, Europe and the Middle-East. This includes being fully P&L responsible for three business units generating an annual revenue of $160m. Proactive and highly adaptable to different international environments. His leadership skills include proven ability to create high performing teams and manage multiple global projects across diverse cultures.
