The end of the year can be a stressful time. With travel, wrapping up work before heading out for the holidays, the lack of sunlight and many other factors all contributing to your stress level.
Reducing stress and managing it can be life-saving. In this second workshop of our mindfulness for entrepreneurs series, we present the various ways we can manage and reduce stress during this busy time period with highlighting why attention to this matter can save your life and promote true health and longevity so that you can go into the new year with a clear and fresh perspective.
