In our first meeting, we will create a safe and judgment-free space to talk about the challenges of work-related anxiety. I have been dealing with anxiety for many years myself, and I know how much it can impact our daily lives. My goal is to share my personal journey with you and, more importantly, to listen to your story.
This is a casual gathering at a calm café where we can support one another, exchange experiences, and realize that we don't have to carry this weight by ourselves. Whether you just want to listen or feel ready to share, you are very welcome.
