This group is a 6-week course focused on building practical skills for managing anxiety. Participants will learn coping strategies, gain insight into how anxiety manifests in their lives, and practice implementing these skills in real-life situations. The group is educational in nature and designed to empower individuals with tools to better understand and manage their anxiety.
This is a low pressure group, and you won't be required to share if you are uncomfortable with talking in a group setting. There are no ice-breakers, and I truly do want to help you manage anxiety in your life effectively. The program is also very cost effective.
