Welcome to Soul Sisters, a supportive space where women and mums come together to overcome anxiety, stress, burnout, and relationship challenges.

Whether you’re managing your own emotions, working through struggles in relationships, or supporting your children or teens, this group provides tools, guidance, and connection to help you thrive.

Led by Susanne McAllister lic. Therapist and author of the “Anxiety Detox", this group offers free and paid opportunities to help you heal, grow, and reclaim balance:

- Free Monthly Meetups: A nurturing space to connect, share, and learn practical tools for clarity and calm.

- 10-Week Program: Soul Sisters – From Chaos to Calm" to help you manage stress, anxiety, and relationship struggles.

- Paid Masterclasses and Membership: Focused workshops and Membership with actionable strategies for reducing stress and emotional overwhelm.

Who This Group Is For:

- Mums supporting children or teens with anxiety, big feelings, or relationship challenges.

- Women working through struggles in relationships or seeking healthier dynamics.

- Anyone looking for tools to reduce anxiety, heal emotional wounds, and create a peaceful, balanced life.

Important:
- The room will close 10 minutes after the start time to avoid interruptions.
- No men are allowed in this group.
- In online events, please turn on your camera on and identify yourself to ensure everyone’s safety (happy for you to turn it off later)
