### Hi, I’m Susanne McAllister, a licensed therapist, mindfulness teacher, nutritional therapist, and the author of The Anxiety Detox. I’m so glad you’re here and truly honored to share this space with you.

This masterclass is a soft, supportive space where you are invited to arrive just as you are. There will be time to gently connect, reflect, and be in community with others who understand. You are welcome here.
To help everyone feel settled and supported, the room will be locked 10 minutes after we begin. This allows us to slow down together and care for the space we are sharing.

When you arrive, we will invite everyone to say hello and briefly introduce themselves. There is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. This is simply a gentle way to be acknowledged and welcomed into the group.

This is not just a masterclass. It is a moment to pause, breathe, and feel supported, reminding you that healing does not have to happen alone.

### In This Masterclass, You Will Learn

1. Feel at Peace Again
If your body has been living in survival mode, it makes sense. In this gentle, trauma‑informed masterclass, you will learn what your anxiety is trying to communicate and how to begin feeling safer, calmer, and more at home in your body.

2. Decode Your Anxiety Style
Your nervous system has been doing its best to protect you. You will gently explore your unique stress response and gain understanding around why you have been coping the way you have. From there, you will learn how to support your body with care rather than force.

3. Step Off the Hamster Wheel
You do not need to push yourself to be worthy of rest. This masterclass will invite you to slow down, reset, and create a rhythm that feels nourishing for your nervous system and your everyday life.

4. Because Coping Is Not the Same as Healing
Managing anxiety can be exhausting. In this masterclass, you will be guided toward the roots of anxiety so you can begin creating a deeper sense of safety within yourself. You will leave with a personalised Nervous System Reset Plan and gentle tools you can use in a way that feels supportive and kind.
