SATURDAY RESET: FROM COPING TO CALM
Details
You’re functioning… but the wine is more automatic, the sugar harder to resist, and the anxiety never fully switches off. If you’ve quietly thought, “I don’t want to keep coping like this,” this free circle is a safe place to talk about it.
Licensed Therapist & Author of The Anxiety Detox
There’s a kind of exhaustion that many women carry quietly.
You’re functioning.
You’re responsible.
You’re holding everything together.
And yet underneath it all, you feel wired and tired at the same time.
You tell yourself:
“I just need to get through this week.”
“I’ll reset on Monday.”
“It’s not that bad.”
But maybe…
The glass of wine is becoming more automatic.
The sugar feels less optional.
The scrolling goes longer than you meant it to.
The anxiety hums in the background — even on the good days.
Not dramatic.
Just constant.
If you’ve had even a small moment of thinking,
“I don’t want to keep coping like this,”
you are not alone.
And you are not broken.
This circle is simply a space to talk honestly about that.
What This Hour Will Be
A gentle, supportive space for women who are noticing:
• Increased alcohol to unwind
• Sugar or food as emotional relief
• Stress that doesn’t fully switch off
• Feeling capable on the outside but unsettled inside
This is not a workshop.
I won’t be teaching tools.
There’s nothing to achieve.
It’s a conversation.
A space to be real.
A place to exhale.
You’re welcome to share, or just listen.
There is no pressure either way.
Sometimes what shifts things isn’t a strategy.
It’s hearing another woman say,
“Me too.”
If this has been on your mind quietly for a while, consider this your invitation to step into the conversation.
I would love to hold that space with you.
