Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and searching for practical ways to manage it in your daily life?
This group is a safe and supportive space for anyone wanting to explore tools and strategies to release anxiety and find inner calm. 😮‍💨

I know how overwhelming anxiety can feel.
Between ages 20 and 26, I dealt with panic attacks, constant fight-or-flight responses, and stress so intense it affected my work and outlook on life.
I remember wanting to escape meetings, feeling trapped, and being misunderstood by those around me telling me "it will pass" or "it is just in your head".
Through various therapies and science-based tools to manage and ease anxiety, I was able to break free from anxiety disorders !⛓️‍💥

That’s why I created this group.
Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel heard, supported, and equipped with tools to regain control over your life. ❤️‍🩹

What to Expect Each Week:

Connect: Share your experiences and connect with others who understand. (No pressure to speak if you’re not comfortable—I can introduce you to others if you prefer.)
Learn: Discover practical methods to manage anxiety and panic attacks through simple yet powerful tools.
Grow: Build confidence and take steps toward lasting inner calm.
📅 When: Tuesdays, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM (online meeting)
💶 Cost: $35 per month
(This small contribution supports my professional reconversion as a hypnotherapist, covers Meetup fees, and reflects the effort I put into creating high-quality techniques and exercises for you each week.)
