What we’re about

⚠️ WARNING: This is not your average support group. We don’t follow the CODA or AA model of staying centered on the problem. This space is about transformation, not venting, wallowing, or staying stuck. We show up compassionately and authentically, but we refuse to stay in the cycle. If you’re ready for healing, growth, and becoming securely attached from the inside out, read on.

Anxious attachment often begins in childhood... born from inconsistent love, unmet needs, or emotional unpredictability. It’s not your fault, but it does shape the way you connect. It can make you overthink every text, crave reassurance, and feel unsafe when love feels distant.

This group isn’t just about talking through the pain — it’s about transforming it. Together, we explore tools to calm the nervous system, build emotional safety, and move from anxious attachment into secure connection from within.

Each meeting offers:

  • Practical teachings to help you understand and regulate your attachment patterns
  • Guided reflection and Q and A in a safe, supportive space
  • BreakBox tools for nervous system mastery, emotional awareness, and inner union
  • An invitation to engage the work in a deeper, more transformational way

Our host, Zachary Pike Gandara, is a Transpersonal Therapy Practitioner and Self-Mastery Coach who blends science, psychology, spirituality, and somatic theory to help you find peace, power, and presence within yourself.

If you’re looking for a more private, open, heart-sharing space, you can also join the Attachment Challenge to be notified about our next Secure Attachment Dojo: Private Room Support Meetings.

Please note: To honor the safety of our group container, entry closes 10 minutes after start time.

All events are hosted by BreakBox Coaching & Creative, where we focus on energy, practicality, and tools that work, not just more information and conversation. Come ready to be equipped, inspired, and energized for your journey toward secure attachment.
