We will build your child’s water confidence through basic water survival skills and breathing techniques from lessons 1 to 4 to complete the “Water Confidence Checklist”:

  1. Walk, hop, skip / jump in the water from point A to B (10 metres)
  2. Return to standing position from a star float (front)
  3. Return to standing position from a star float (back)
  4. Perform (front) paddle from point A to B (10 m)
  5. Perform (back) paddle from point A to B (10 m)
  6. Hold breath and blow bubbles in the water (20 seconds)
