WHAT TO WEAR:
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! However do remember you are going to be getting a good workout and will be sweating.
Below are some recommendations.
WHAT KIND OF SHOES TO WEAR:
Good shoes for dancing for ladies: Heels is the norm (they help with your spinning). Avoid high heels if you're a beginner (try with 1 or 2 inches then go higher as you get better in your dancing). If you are interested in dancing shoes speak to instructor Anita for advice.
Good shoes for dancing for guys: Any shoe with a flat sole, dress shoes for guys (non-rubber sole if possible preferably leather sole)
Bad shoes for dancing: sneakers, tennis shoes, flip flops, bowling shoes.
ALSO BRING:
WATER: you might need it. Bring your own or you can buy bottled water there for 50c
GUM: Remember you'll probably be dancing with someone so be courteous.
YOUR SMILE: Nobody likes to dance with a poker face. Show your smile while dancing! Remember dancing is fun, dancing is happiness, be happy!
