Richard brings over a decade of experience across consulting and industry. Delivering across commercial, public and not-for-profit, he has built a reputation for delivering exceptional results and experience for his clients. Richard has a diverse range of consulting experience from developing organisational strategy, designing operating models, organisational design, agile delivery models (inc. SAFe), service design, programme establishment and delivery, business integration, business process architecture and negotiation of commercial arrangements. Bringing a systems thinking perspective and strategy through to execution enables him to deliver insights and results to leadership.
