Looking for a fun and safe way to spend your Sunday? Come play touch rugby with us! Touch rugby is a no-tackle version of rugby, making it perfect for beginners and anyone looking to try something new.

• Safe and beginner-friendly: No tackles involved!
• Open to everyone, including women and newcomers.
• We usually have a group of about 20 players (15 men, 5 women), so it's a great chance to meet new people!

Shun Yamasaki（organizer) is fluent in English and happy to assist you! Touch rugby is more than a sport—it's a fantastic way to connect with people. After games, we sometimes get together to watch rugby matches or enjoy a casual drink.

私たちは毎週日曜日の11:00～青山公園（最寄駅：乃木坂5番出口）でタッチラグビーしています。タッチラグビーとはタックルなしで行うラグビーのことで安全なスポーツです。どなたでも参加ウェルカムです!
