Goran Stankovski is the Director of LimePoint with deep subject matter expertise in emerging technologies. Kafka Events and RESTful APIs - the best of both worlds!

Kafka is synonymous with event-driven and data-driven integration, however, there are times when RESTful interaction patterns to your underlying data is required. This presentation explores how we can assemble the diametrically opposed world-view of Event-Driven integration with that of more traditional Request-Response RESTful APIs.

Serge has worked across many sectors including Utilities, Retail, and Finance.

Geoff Williams, Senior Consulting Engineer, Confluent

Bio:
Geoff is working full-time for Confluent as a Consulting Engineer based in Sydney and working remotely with customers across APAC. Specializing in Kafka, Cloud, and getting results. Before Confluent, he worked as a freelance consultant helping customers get the most from their infrastructure by using my expertise in automation, Linux, Cloud and Ruby.
He is certified in Kafka, AWS, and Agile and have a history of shaking up projects and delivering great results for my employers.
