Have you ever wondered what goes into establishing some little known regional jewel as a World Heritage Site? We have someone in our area who is going through the process right now. Come join the Apalachee Canoe & Kayak Club for our monthly meeting this coming Weds, March 18 at the Crafty Crab located at 1900 Capital Circle NE. Our speaker will be Tony Murray, Director/Founder of the Big Bend Coastal Conservancy. He is a local eco-biologist with extensive experience in groundwater, surface water and soil contamination assessments within the state of Florida. His topic will be: "Building A World Heritage Site: A Legacy Worth Preserving".

Join us. We meet at 6:00 pm to socialize, order dinner, be served and eat before the meeting starts at 7:00 pm. Everyone is welcome!
