Lake Talquin State Forest - Bear Creek Educational Forest
The total trail length is approximately 5.5 miles running more or less parallel to Bear Creek . Starting at the educational center where picnic tables and restrooms are located the trail starts out as handicap accessible with the first 0.6 miles a paved walkway. To serve the educational them of the trail there are numinous educational signposts. Along the accessible portion of the trail the signpost have audible speakers.
Most of the trail is under thick canopy as it skirts along the slope forest following the creek.
