ACKC 50 Year Jubilee

The Apalache Canoe and Kayak Club (ACKC) located in Tallahassee, FL is celebrating our 50 year Jubilee during the month of June. Weather permitting, we will offer paddles on the Ochlockonee River/Lake Talquin, the Sopchoppy River, the Upper St. Marks River and Spring Creek/Chipola. Every Thursday evening, we will be offering instruction in safe boating procedures and paddling techniques as well as self rescue and assisted rescue at Lake Hall or on the Upper Wacissa. We will also hold a celebration at the Lake Jackson Recreation Center on June 18. Everyone is welcome but you must sign up. For details and to sign up, visit our Meetup page.
