Florida Trail Maintenance - SMNWR

Please join us Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 8 am - 4 pm to help maintain the Florida National Scenic Trail in the beautiful St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge. We will be working on our section from the SMNWR Visitor Center to the St. Marks River and the Port Leon area. No experience necessary and all tools and safety equipment will be provided! Be sure to bring water, snacks, sunscreen, bug spray, etc!

For those wishing to carpool from Tallahassee, meet at the "Park and Ride" near the corner of Woodville Highway and Gaile Avenue at 8 am. Otherwise, please meet at the St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge's Visitor's Center parking lot at 8:30 am.
