Roz and Steve Shulman have been focused on growing their real estate portfolio for a couple decades.  Steve is always hunting for the next deal and structures the deal funding.  Roz keeps all the details and bookkeeping together.  They had been living in the Stanwood area but now have moved to Las Vegas, but they are back for a visit right now.  Steve did buy a lot of multifamily and commercial office here locally in Mount Vernon area but is now going more nationwide.  (Yes, the move out of town, and the buying elsewhere are thanks to the recent estate, landlord and income tax laws passed in our state.)  So, their money has moved out of state (note that legislators), but their hearts are here with us.  **Steve wants to pass on the knowledge he has learned over the years.  He has master moving up to larger property** and does own a lot of triple net (where the commercial tenant is the one covering all the costs and repairs of the building) Many investors like this as there is more certainty in their investment.  **So come learn from the seasoned pros!**
