Nationwide Apartment/Commercial Investors Networking & Learning Luncheon

We start each meeting with a guest expert who will educate us on a type of investment or strategy to help us all make more passive income. After that, we open up the meetings to nationwide networking. You can tell people about yourself, where you're located, where you're interested in finding investment properties and what type, and, you can ask for others who might be interested in the same areas to network and/or partner with you on your projects.

If you're a vendor (RE agent, roofer, lender, plumber, handyman, etc), you can let everyone know what services you offer and where on the webinar.

For years people who've attended my training events ask me if they can invest in my properties using money from the sale of their property as a 1031 Exchange. I've had to tell them, "No". There are Exchange rules you have to follow and my apartment syndications aren't set up to take their funds.

Well, I know a guy. lol I know a guy that has successfully set up many of his own deals that allow people who have sold their properties to do a 1031 Exchange into his deal without violating the rules.

If you don't even know what a 1031 Exchange is, then you really need to join us. We'll start with the basics before we transition into this advanced strategy. To simplify it, it's a way to defer the taxes you would have paid on a straight sale of the property. Thus, keeping extra money in your own pocket instead of sending it to the government.

Remember, after we finish with our guest presenter we transition into nationwide networking and deal analysis. This is where you'll be able to share details of how you can help attendees in your part of the country or tell them what you need in their part of the country.
