South Denver Apartment/Multi-Family Investors Networking & Learning Luncheon

This meeting will be held at our south location. We generally have 35-40 attendees each month.

Each month we will network and educate each other on topics related to RE investing with an emphasis on, but not limited too, Apartments & other commercial properties. We will discuss SFH's too, if you have a question or problem we can help you with, but the main focus will be for people who are interested in buying, investing in or who already own apartment buildings and other commercial properties such as office buildings, storage facilities, strip malls, retail centers, mobile home parks, etc.

There is no official cost to attend, but I do request that you buy lunch. After all, it is a luncheon. This helps to ensure that we will continue to get our private meeting room provided at no cost.

We rotate the location every other month between north and south metro Denver. Please make sure you come to the correct location. lol
