ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Raj Tekchandani is the founder and managing principal of Smart Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm. He started investing in real estate in 2012 and has now been a General Partner in over 15 commercial real estate syndications. These investments include existing apartment complexes totaling over 3000 units, land development, and new multifamily construction. He has also had three successful exits in his portfolio.
